Michael oversees VXI Global Solutions sales lines of business working with some of the world’s best brands along with many new business disruptors and unicorns’ companies. He has helped many of them lower their cost per acquisition, increase revenue per transaction and extend the lifetime value of each customer. Prior to joining he was at Teleperformance in a similar role for five plus years. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Operations for Centerfield Media. There he oversaw all sales centers across the globe. Before Centerfield, Mike served as CRO for Insurance Care Direct (ICD), overseeing 40+ sales centers nationwide, and as President and CMO of Qology Direct, a web-based consumer destination for comparing home-based services. In addition, Mike was Senior Manager of Business Development for eBay Worldwide, where he was instrumental in the company’s online sales targeting the auto and relocation industries. He formerly served in a similar role at Monster Worldwide. Early on in his career he worked at the Direct Marketing Association, the world’s largest interactive non-profit trade group, overseeing search, e-mail, multi-channel, wireless and iTV councils. Michael was a Founding Member, Salesforce.com CMO Advisory Board and a current Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange Advisory Board member. In addition, he has been a speaker at many industry events plus the host of many Podcasts.
